Waitlist is always open and available at any time regardless of the commission batch; just let me know if you want to be put in waitlist first or commission me immediately.

Tell me what kind of character you want me to draw and I'll take it from there.

Tell me descriptive details of the pose, moods, vibe, or anything that you want me to put into the work and I'll draw them as close as possible to your vision.

I don't have experience in drawing non-SFW, furry or overly muscular characters. So please refrain from commissioning me on these themes.

Including photo references is highly appreciated!

Major revision such as outfits, expression, pose rework can only be done in the sketch draft phase.

You can ask for minor modifications up to 3 times during the painting/coloring phase.

50% of the commission fee (with minimum of $20 USD) will be charged as license for commercial-use if needed. This only applies to physical merchandising.

State it in your commission request if the piece isn't allowed to be placed in my public portfolio.

Full payment (100%) is required upfront and remains refundable only until sketch approval.

Refunds are not available once the sketch draft is approved.

If the client becomes unresponsive for 60 days during the sketch draft stage, the commission may be cancelled with a partial refund reflecting work completed.

Once the work is finished, I will send the original image through email (if given) or Google Drive link to avoid image quality loss due to compression.

It typically takes around 14-30 days depending on the complexity of the drawing.

My Trello will always be publicly available and up to date for you to skim over general progress of the commissions.

There's possibility of extending deadline when IRL things take place; which I will let you know!
